When you make a purchase via the Game of Braids shop it gets posted within the next 1-3 business days via Australia Post. According to Australia Posts website it then takes*:

Metro – up to 2 business days.
Country – up to 5 business days.
All other states
Metro – up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
Country – Please ask at your local Post Office
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, if you’d like express postage, please message Bec via her Game of Braids Facebook Page or Instagram DMs with a screenshot of items you would like. Bec will get back to you ASAP but please allow 1-5 business days for a response.
Local Pick Up
If you selected “Local pick up” you will receive an email within the next 3 business days letting you know when your parcel is available for pickup and the days and times you can come and pick up. If these days/ times do not suit you please send an email back to firstname.lastname@example.org or message Bec via her Game of Braids Facebook Page or Instagram DMs to arrange a different day/ time to pick up your item/s. Bec will get back to you ASAP but please allow 1-5 business days for a response.
If for some reason you can not make your arranged pick up time please send me a message to let me know and arrange another time to pick up. Please never rock up at my house unannounced/ outside of your arranged pick up time, remember this is my home and not a supermarket.
We accept returns on unopened and unused hair braid extensions for any reason. We do not accept returns on clip in braids for hygiene reasons, or on custom orders.
Returns can be made up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Please note, we do not cover the cost of return shipping (unless there is a fault with the product) and a 15% processing and restocking fee will apply for “change of mind” refunds.
If there is a fault with the product or it is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will exchange or refund the product.
